Once the software or subscription has been delivered to you, we do not provide refunds. The main reason is that we provide online demo environment and a fully-functional trial version of the product for download and testing along with consultations and support. Test period lasts for 30 days and could be extended in some circumstances. We feel that this should give to any potential customer enough time to try, test, and familiarize themselves with the product before making a purchase decision.
The only exception to this policy is in the case of fraud — where an order has been placed using a stolen credit card. If this is the case, please contact customer service with contact information for your credit card issuer and once we confirm a case of fraud, we will issue a full refund.
